MARLENA THE FAIRY PRINCESS MAKING FRIENDS

I had the great honour of illustrating a small fairy book for a wonderful woman called Mary Redmond/Ussher.    It was my first time ever to illustrate anything for anyone other than myself and I was so honoured.    Mary decided that she was going to self publish this book and I helped her do this.     She was so excited when the books arrived in her house.   Sadly she never got to get her book out to the public.   She passed away in April 2015.    Mary was an absolutely beautiful inspirational woman who was the Founder of the Irish Hospice Foundation and I was so blessed to have known her....
