THE ADVENTURES OF HUNGRY THE CHICK JULY 2015

My latest children's picture book was launched in mid July and we had a great launch with lots of fun and games.    It is called The Adventures of Hungry the Chick and it is the third in the Jenny the little brown hen series....a story of one of the chicks called Hungry who was never full and decided to take a trip to a big field nearby to forage for food.....

MARLENA THE FAIRY PRINCESS MAKING FRIENDS

I had the great honour of illustrating a small fairy book for a wonderful woman called Mary Redmond/Ussher.    It was my first time ever to illustrate anything for anyone other than myself and I was so honoured.    Mary decided that she was going to self publish this book and I helped her do this.     She was so excited when the books arrived in her house.   Sadly she never got to get her book out to the public.   She passed away in April 2015.    Mary was an absolutely beautiful inspirational woman who was the Founder of the Irish Hospice Foundation and I was so blessed to have known her....

LICENSING OF MY IMAGES

I am delighted to say that I have just signed my first licensing contract with SHANNONBRIDGE POTTERY.  They are producing two sets of mugs for children and a full set of pottery for the home. 
This is my first step into licensing and I hope to procure many more contracts.

BOOKS LAUNCH

The launch of my two new picture books was a night to remember.   It was packed full of fairy girls dressed up in the prettiest fairy costumes you ever did see.   We had face painting, book reading, book signing, fairy cakes, chocolate eggs, lollipops, marshmallows and the Big Crayon Doodle ; see below
